The Best Horror Funko Pops for Halloween
By Animetasia
Horror Pops have always been some of our best sellers, and every October they fly off the shelves. If you're putting together a Halloween display or starting a horror collection, these are the characters and lines we'd start with, all from what we have in stock right now.
Ghost Face (Scream)
Ghost Face might be the most fun horror character to collect because Funko keeps finding new takes on him. We carry the classic Ghost Face shelf sitter, a Valentine's version holding a heart box, a Ghost Face Santa, a Tongue in Cheek version and a Devil Ghost Face Special Edition. Put a few side by side and you've got a display that works all year.
Art the Clown (Terrifier)
Terrifier has blown up over the last few years, and Art is one of the hottest horror characters right now. There's the standard Art the Clown, a Doodles version, a shelf sitter, and a Pop! Moment of Art with Sienna. Don't skip the Little Pale Girl, including the glow in the dark Specialty Series exclusive.
The slasher classics
- Jason Voorhees from Friday the 13th, plus a Doodles version of Jason
- Freddy Krueger from A Nightmare on Elm Street
- Michael Myers from Halloween II
- Chucky from Child's Play 2, a Special Edition
Jason, Freddy and Michael are the big three of 80s slashers. If you're starting from zero, these are the backbone of any horror shelf.
Pennywise, Jigsaw and more
We also have Blood Pennywise from IT, Jigsaw from Saw (plus the chase in the pig mask), the Bride in Black from Insidious, and the Headless Horseman from Sleepy Hollow along with its skull chase.
Thrilljoy horror figures
If you want something different from Pops, Thrilljoy's PIX! figures have some great horror pieces with limited production runs printed right on the box: Nosferatu, La Llorona from The Curse of La Llorona, Hannibal Lecter from The Silence of the Lambs, and Terrifier's Little Pale Girl. Read more in our Thrilljoy guide.
Tips for a Halloween display
- Mix sizes. A Pop! Moment or a Deluxe in the middle with standard Pops around it looks much better than one straight row.
- Glow in the dark Pops are made for Halloween. Turn the lights off and let them do their thing.
- Group by movie. A Scream shelf or a Terrifier shelf looks intentional instead of random.
- Keep them out of direct sunlight, even for a seasonal display. Faded boxes are forever.
