At Animetasia, we take pride in delivering 100% authentic collectibles in excellent condition. All sales are considered final.

We only accept returns if:

  • The item arrives damaged in transit, or
  • You received the wrong item by mistake.

How to File a Return

  1. Email support@animetasia.com with your order number in the subject line.
  2. Attach clear photos of the damaged/wrong item and the shipping packaging.
  3. Our support team will review your request within 2–3 business days and provide next steps.

Important Notes

  • Returns are only accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.
  • Once approved, we will issue a full refund or a replacement (if available).
